The architecture responds differently to each side of the property. More intimate elevations create a welcoming sense of arrival with a prominent gable and sweeping lower roof, while the water-facing rooms open toward expansive views of the ocean, islands, ledges, and changing coastal light. Windows are composed to frame the landscape, allowing the experience of the site to become part of everyday life.
