Daniel A. Phelps, AIA, NCARB
Daniel A. Phelps, AIA, NCARB is a licensed architect bringing over thirty years’ experience with commercial, healthcare and custom residential projects. His responsibilities have included all aspects of planning, design, project management and construction administration. Dan is also NCARB certified, with the National Council of Architect’s Registration Board and a member of the AIA (American Institute of Architects) He is a BArch degree graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. His career spans working for an award-winning architectural firm specializing in custom residences for the greater Boston and North Shore areas to senior leadership for a prominent New England healthcare architectural and engineering design firm.
Dan began Phelps Architects, Inc. continuing his passion for client centered service for the commercial, residential, and healthcare markets. Together, along with their team of professionals, they strive to provide quality service and superior design to their clients. He enjoys working closely with clients and orchestrating comprehensive, appropriate design and technical solutions.
